at this moment it has a persistent warning_issued; flag defined at the top. TODO - fix ft_compute_leadfield - search though all other FT functions for similar persistent variables

- fixed for ft_compute_leadfield and added warning_once to forward/private, autosynced - searched for all functions that use any persistent variable (w/o realtime and external folder) and checked for a similar occurence of a warning variable - fixed, as above, for fileio/ft_read_header and qsub/private/getcustompwd
