On windows (both matlab2007+bcb and matlab2009b+msvc2008) the tcpserver thread can be started, works as expected, but cannot be stopped. The consequence is (among others) that recompiling the mex file fails if the peer mex file is loaded because the file cannot be overwritten. The following should be made to work > peer tcpserver stop

selected a long list of resolved bugs from roboos and changed the status into "RESOLVED"
