line 139-145 dealing with cfg.conductivity. This is not an option that is used for all methods, if it is now defined in its default (empty) the function crashes, if the data does not contain a cond field

The lines have been modified (plus the method specific defaults have been deleted). This means that the function checks if the data has a cond field before updating the conductivity option.
