-make more explicit that different types of input data constrain the method to be used -list additional cfg options -implement method specific nested cfgs -> ft_checkconfig needs to handle this too for backward compatibility -implement new methods such as corr, xcorr etc

I updated the documentation and also moved the options related to granger to a lower level in the cfg-structure. As per discussion with Robert, moving the method specific options to a lower level in the cfg can wait until a later moment, as can the implementation of other functionality. Set this bug to fixed for now.
