when using ft_volumerealign to realign an anatomical MRI to CTF coordinates, the z-axis points downwards occasionally (i.e., in some subjects).

Hi Stan, Which particular structural MRI gives the problem? Could you provide details about where I can get the dicoms? I will then generate a mat-file for testing Does the problem persist after defining an auxiliary point (positive z-coordinate) in ft_volumerealign?

(In reply to comment #1) the DICOMs can be found on /home/coherence/stavpel/Data/Attention/Att_final/attfinal01/attfinal01_MRI. The problem is resolved (only) when defining an auxiliary point (positive z-coordinate) in ft_volumerealign.
