See http://fieldtrip.fcdonders.nl/reference/index and notice that Ftest does not show up in the ordering. Furthermore, we have no other upper-case characters in cfg options. In general we should discourage users from using upper-case characters. I am also not happy with TFR, ER and IC in the plotting functions, but they are now impossible to get rid of. Please change into ftest and add backward compatibility with ft_checkconfig.

Agreed. Changed cfg.Ftest to cfg.ftest. Added '.. ,'renamed', {'Ftest','ftest'}, ...' to ft_checkconfig. A warning is now provided when cfg.Ftest is specified.
