The version of the WFU_pickatlas on /home/common/matlab/spm8/toolbox is out of date and has a bug. The region 'Frontal_Mid_Orb_L' appears twice, both in region 10 and 26. However, 26 should be 'Frontal_Med_Orb_L' instead. (also true for region 9 and 25 for the Right. The version 3.0.3 has this corrected, and thus should be downloaded and placed in /home/common/* Of note: /home/common/matlab/spm8/toolbox/wfu_pickatlas_3.03/WFU_PickAtlas_3.0.3_Update/wfu_pickatlas only contains the update for the vervet_atlas_templates and not the necessary MNI_atlas_templates.

Hi Johanna, Please find out who is in charge of spm; this is a 10% phd job. That student should do the fix.

only a few people have responded to say they don't deal with SPM. still no one on the 10% jobs has volunteerd to help. sent follow-up email today, along with cc'ing Katrien (whom Diego suggested knew about this last year).
