ft_sourceplot makes use of curvature (bnd.curv), however ft_read_headshape only returns the bnd.sulc. @Jan-Mathijs: do you know the difference between the two? I (=Robert) suggest to return them both as bnd.curv and bnd.sulc

bash-4.1$ svn commit -m "enhancement - allow for reading in curvature information from freesurfer surfaces" ft_read_headshape.m Sending ft_read_headshape.m Transmitting file data . Committed revision 8126.

potverdorie, had ik het net met Irina aangepast in haar versie, ben jij ons weer voor met de svn commit. @Irina, I suggest you do mv ft_read_headshape.m ft_read_headshape_own.m and then svn update which will recerate the original (and now updated) version. Then you can check the difference between yours and JMs.

sorry :-). Had nog tot laat met Lilla en Diego in de kroeg gezeten en vond dat ik na afloop nog wat moest werken.

(In reply to comment #3) That is good to know, so we have to check that the code that you committed last night is not too curved. ;-)

I made sure the 'curv' field is plotted when is available within the surface structure. there doesnot seem to be a big difference between the 'sulc' and the 'curv'.
