I updated all mex files on dccn507 (virtual machine) using matlab 2001b. I used LCC where possible (according to http://fieldtrip.fcdonders.nl/development/guidelines/code#compiling_mex_files), but had to resort to MSVC 2010 Express for the uint64 mex files (see https://www.mathworks.nl/matlabcentral/answers/59192-how-to-avoid-the-compiler-error-in-_kids-bad-rule-number-0) and for combineClusters.cpp due to missing cpp style header files for and , which are presumably from STL. </p>
