We need a template as a *.mat file for visualising the mouse EEG data on the channel level. This is in principle documented on http://fieldtrip.fcdonders.nl/tutorial/layout As example have a look at http://fieldtrip.fcdonders.nl/template/layout and specifically at the mat files in fieldtrip/template/layout. I suggest to start with a drawing (on paper or on the computer screen) of a nice mouse head outline and then add the lambda, bregma and the electrodes to it.

I uploaded workspace/mouse_eeg12.mat as mouse_layout.mat to the ftp server.
