We currently have a nice set of tutorials specifically made for the NatMeg workshop in Stockholm. Some adjustments need to be made in order for them to be put next to the other tutorials on the wiki. Things to be done: -Move images from natmeg_temp to natmeg *Requires read&write rights to tutorial/natmeg -Collect data for tutorial and put on FTP -Slightly rewrite introduction of some tutorials keeping in mind that viewers did not follow the tutorials in the same sequence as the natmeg attendees.

FYI: I have started on converting the tutorials into test scripts, and cleaning them up (on the wiki and on the ftp). I will commit the test scripts soon. @Jim, could you disable the BTsync upload procedure?

done

I have updated the wiki pages to include the download links to the ftp server. It now also includes the dicom as a zip file.

I collected all material on http://fieldtrip.fcdonders.nl/workshop/stockholm2014q3 and removed the natmeg tutorial page

looking at the tutorials, it seems to me that only the http://fieldtrip.fcdonders.nl/tutorial/natmeg/beamforming is relying on data from the preprocessing tutorial for the data, and to the dipolefitting tutorial for the head models and aligned mri. That means that the tutorials have to be updated such that only these files which are explicitly loaded are also saved. All other "save" commands (and "print -dpng" commands) should be removed from the tutorials. @Jim and @Stephen: am I right here? We can leave the intermediate steps in the respective natmeg/xxx subdirectories as backup material, but we don't have to refer to it on the wiki. During the actual hands-on session, people were messing up all files anyway, by saving their intermediate results, overwriting our backup material.

Yes, as far as I know only the beamforming tutorial uses the preproc from the timefreq and the headmodels from the dipole fitting.

mac011> svn commit *natmeg* Adding test_tutorial_natmeg_beamforming.m Adding test_tutorial_natmeg_dipolefitting.m Adding test_tutorial_natmeg_preprocessing.m Adding test_tutorial_natmeg_statistics.m Adding test_tutorial_natmeg_timefrequency.m Transmitting file data ..... Committed revision 9892. I hope that the time and memory estimates are correct. Something to keep an eye on.

- the data is on the ftp server - I added them to http://fieldtrip.fcdonders.nl/tutorial TODO The dataset should be added to the respective FAQ and tagged in all tutorials

I came across the natmeg tutorials in the migration of the website. They look fine to me.
