this results in where the nan becomes a problem in ft_read_cifti. In cases like this, it should change SeriesStep in 0.

fixed, it was due to this >> median(diff(1)) ans = NaN mac011> svn commit Sending fileio/ft_write_cifti.m Transmitting file data . Committed revision 9903.
