input anatomical MRI, output the same one with specified voxels blocked out. I have a GUI in mind that allows making a 3D box, change size, rotate, and then apply by finding all voxels in the 3D box.

I implemented a function with GUI that allows for blanking out a rectangular section of the anatomy (after translating, rotating and scaling the box). mac011> svn commit Adding ft_defacevolume.m Transmitting file data . Committed revision 10388.
