as discussed with Hanneke (visiting the DCCN today), we should ensure that the existing and planned functionality in FT code to deal with regions of interest works consistently and that it is documented. This touches upon a lot of different development threads that we have started (and mostly completed) over the last few years.

Is this a true bug, or a virtual one :o)

(In reply to Jan-Mathijs Schoffelen from comment #2) Been thinking of a funny reply but can't come up with anything better than I would say a virtually real one....:o) But back to business now!

Today I have found out that I can reach the test scripts to have an example how to setup my test scripts. Also I downloaded the tutorial data for the 4 subjects, but found out only subject01 has an mri attached. Is it possible for me to get the others as well?

(In reply to Hanneke van Dijk from comment #4) hmm, do we have the MRIs of the other subjects? Now that I think of it, I am actually afraid that we don't. @JM, you have a publication that is based on these datasets. Do you know more about the whereabouts of the other MRIs? If not, we might have to switch to another dataset.

(In reply to Robert Oostenveld from comment #5) The only dataset for which we have a lot and complete data and that we can share freely is http://www.fieldtriptoolbox.org/faq/what_types_of_datasets_and_their_respective_analyses_are_used_on_fieldtrip#mmfaces
