Created attachment 809 my script I load segmented MRI image from fieldtrip template folder and tried to prepare an FEM head-model based on example script in the wiki page. my script is in attachments.

(In reply to ehsan.darestani from comment #0) executing your script results in: Error using sb_calc_stiff (line 64) Dimensions of vol.cond and entries of vol.tissuelabel do not fit! Your mesh has 3 tissues and therefor needs 3 conductivities, however you specified 5.

No bug. Script showed wrong cfg.
