Elisabeth got a Ganglion OpenBCI board for the CRI BrainControlClub. We should get that supported with EEGsynth. This requires that we implement a ganglion2ft application. I also suggest we rename the openbci2ft application to cython2ft, to reflect the new name of the 8/16 channel board.
