timlock data has a time axis, and thereby fsample is redundant. todo - check that the functions that take timelock as input don't rely on timelock.fsample - remove fsample from output of timelockanalysis, timelockstatiustics, timelockgrandaverage if needed somewhere, checkdata could get an option hasfsample=yes/no.
