I suggest Eelke (because he knows what the customized files are that should not be overwritten) and Simon (because of his superuser rights) do this together

AFAIK the software is already the latest version, I'd need to know more details to see where this text is coming from. (I may have made a mistake when doing the upgrade, but I can't know for sure)
