hi, when I input mri data with ctf coordinates to ft_volumereslice, I get a resliced volume where the top of head, tip of nose is missing. This can be avoided by defining x,y,z range instead of dim, but it would be nice to avoid the range definition by specifing 'ctf' coordinates that would cause automatically some improvement in the reslicing. The data and the script on which I have worked can be found in: roboos/data/lilmag/tutorial/tutorial_script4 (line 36) Best, Lilla

if the input mri now has a coordsys field, and the coordsys field is a MEG-based headcoordinate system, the default behaviour of the function will now be to create an xrange, yrange, zrange such that the brain fits nicely in it
