I have some questions related to this tutorial: 1. In the first part of procedure, the .mat file containing the mri images are read into matlab and then they are saved in a .nii format, and they are read in again. Why? 2. The last steps are not clear for me. When one needs to use ft_prepare_mesh? or ft_prepare_singleshell? ... and all the other ft_prepare_functions? Lilla
