incorporated estimation of fwhm into ft_sourcedescriptives, relying on private function estimate_fwhm1 revision 4961

The estimation of the fwhm is now in FT. The computation of the smoothing kernels is not yet done. Given the expected very low return on investment I'll leave this outside FT for the moment. If a user wants to apply this him/herself, and is not able to program this I can always share the code at that point. At this moment the interest seems to be non-existent anyway.
