Note that for all-to-all source level coherence, you can use ft_connectivityanalysis

The cfg.label is documented in line 24/25 of the function. I added a check with an explicit error to deal with this. In the case of source-level data it would make sense to enforce the presence of a cfg.pos, from which the number of dipole positions can be determined.
